Key Responsibilities
As a Community Manager, your primary goal is to create a welcoming environment for residents while ensuring smooth property operations.

Ensure compliance with HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all applicable laws
- Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits using property management software
- Maintain resident files, verifications, lease renewals, and collections
- Coordinate and conduct lease renewals, interim and annual recertifications
Promote the property and build a strong sense of community among residents

Qualifications
-
1-3 years of experience in Affordable Housing (HUD/LIHTC/RD required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Strong leasing, bookkeeping, and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
