Growing Minds Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and confident Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a 5-year-old female in a home-based ABA program Monday thru Friday from the hours of 2:30pm - 7:30pm.
This is a high-needs pediatric case that requires a clinician who is skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans, maintaining a calm and therapeutic approach during challenging situations, and building a strong rapport with both the client and family.
Ideal Candidate
Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism
Must be able to work independently.
Comfortable supporting clients with high support needs and complex behaviors
Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and accurate data collection
Able to remain calm, patient, and consistent during challenging situations
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a supervising BCBA
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
RBT certification REQUIRED
$25-28 per hour based on experience
