What You'll Do
Open doors to local businesses in Wake and Johnston counties. Start real conversations with owners. Get them curious about what Yay Local can do for them Your job isn't to close the deal. Your job is the thrill of the hunt: you get the door open, build the rapport, and spark the curiosity. You nurture that warm introduction and bring a captivated owner to our leadership, they close it, and you get paid.
Follow up by phone, text, and email. You can connect with almost anyone and have the confidence to shake off a “no,” then walk into the next business with a smile. That energizes you. Just you doing what you do naturally.

What You Get
We reward our star brand ambassadors heavily. For the right person hitting and exceeding their goals, total compensation value could exceed $80,000 annually.
- Guaranteed Base: $15–$21/hour
- Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses: The more warm leads that we close, the more you make.
- Epic Incentives: We don't just do cash bonuses. Hit your stretch targets and earn paid vacation trips or Caribbean cruises.
- Signing Bonus: Paid out after you crush your probationary period.
- Wheels: Shared company vehicle available for approved workdays, plus mileage reimbursement when you use your own ride.
- Flexibility: up to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, primarily during daytime business hours. You control your hustle.
