Americas Mailbox is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our Property Care Team!

What You'll Do
As a Property Care Team Member, you'll help keep our property looking its best while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
- Pull weeds and assist with general groundskeeping.
- Collect and dispose of trash throughout the property.
- Clean and maintain campsites, guest areas, sidewalks, and outdoor common spaces.
- Assist with landscaping, seasonal projects, and beautification efforts.
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repair tasks.
- Safely operate lawn equipment, hand tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Monitor property conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with event setup, cleanup, and other special projects.
- Complete assigned tasks independently while working efficiently.
- Work alongside team members on larger property improvement projects.
- Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests and coworkers.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

✅ Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, maintenance, or groundskeeping is helpful, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and tools after training.

Schedule
Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week
Monday–Friday
Flexible Schedule
Typical shifts are scheduled during daytime business hours, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Morning, afternoon, and occasional special event hours may be available.
Schedules are flexible and may vary depending on business needs to best support daily operations and property maintenance.
