Salary: $75,000-$80,000
Shift: 7AM- 3:30PM
Job Description:
- Lead daily injection molding operations and ensure the sage, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet customer and business requirements
- Monitor production performance and schedule/prioritize jobs, machine utilization, mold changeovers, and staffing needs per production goals
- Maintain and clean, organized, and safe work environment, meeting all company standards
- Support ERP/MRP system transactions and verify inventory accuracy and material availability
- Monitor cycle times, scrap, rework, downtime, and process performance- working alongside Quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve any issues
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of injection molding manufacturing experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a production environment
- Basic computer proficiency, which includes spreadsheets, production reporting, ERP/MRP systems, and inventory management
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Preferred technical training or education in plastics manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related field
