We are a growing sales and consulting firm looking to hire a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
As an Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to introduce services, generate leads, and deliver personalized solutions. You’ll gain hands-on Sales Associate experience in sales strategy, account management, and client relations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to promote products and services and generate new sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their budget and lifestyle
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through enrollment and follow-up
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Track all customer interactions and updates using CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales and outreach targets
- Collaborate with other Sales Associates and leadership to improve sales strategies and campaign performance
Qualifications for an Sales Associate
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Prior Sales Associate experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with a competitive and driven mindset
