5280 Stone is seeking an experienced Install Manager to lead our installation department and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.This is a leadership position responsible for managing multiple in-house installation crews, developing team members, and ensuring every installation meets the high standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple countertop installation crews.
- Train, coach, and develop installers.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and project managers.
- Perform white-glove customer service on every project.
- Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Conduct job site quality inspections and enforce company standards.
- Monitor crew productivity, quality, and scheduling.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing countertop installation teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to coach and develop employees.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
