Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Manage client relations, subcontractor performance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Eastcoast Concrete’s quality standards.
- Prepare accurate and timely project status reports and documentation.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Extensive comprehension of construction documents, including ability to read blue prints, specifications, and SDS sheets.
- Experience managing and maintaining schedules and project expectations.
- Proficiency in managing Change Orders, Addendums, Submittals, and RFIs.
- Strong focus on quality and safety.
- Skilled in managing budget, billing, and job costing.
- Professional and clear communication with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
- Valid Florida drivers license. (cannot be a temporary license)

Duties
- Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to coordinate timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure compliance and cost control.
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction estimating software to prepare budgets, track progress, and document project milestones.
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor construction site safety, quality standards, and progress; address issues promptly.
- Lead project coordination meetings to align team efforts and resolve scheduling conflicts or technical challenges swiftly.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while fostering a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on concrete or heavy civil projects; strong background in construction site experience is essential.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; familiarity with Schematics reading is highly desirable.
- Skilled in using construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and related platforms for estimating, documentation, and project tracking.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts management, and construction estimating processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
