Timeless Cargo Logistics is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company focused on providing reliable transportation and freight solutions. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Interns to support our operations team while gaining hands-on experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist dispatchers with scheduling and tracking freight shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to customers and carriers.
- Help manage carrier documentation, insurance certificates, contracts, and compliance records.
- Enter and maintain shipment information in company systems.
- Support the sales and operations teams with daily administrative tasks.
- Assist with carrier onboarding and verification processes.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, MIS, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn about transportation and logistics operations.

Compensation
