PS Garage Doors is a full-service and sales garage door company. We are looking to bring on an experienced dispatcher/ Customer service Rep. We are looking for a highly motivated and result driven individual and need someone that can grow along with the changes within our company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and dispatching multiple service and installation crews to appropriate locations according to schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
- Relaying information such as work-orders or other messages to and from customers, supervisors and other personnel.
- Using phone, text and email as forms of communication.
- Communicating with supervisors or customers to resolve problems or requests for services, parts, or sales.
- Preparing daily work: such as schedules and closing out and reviewing tickets.
- Keeping and organizing customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, inventory records and other information.
- Knowledge of garage doors sales, service and parts is a plus.
- Assist with walk-in customers
- Daily customer and employee interaction while fostering a positive work environment.
- Help unload by hand or forklift weekly truck of garage door panels, hardware, track, operators and all other garage door related components.
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management .

Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience in dispatch/ supervisory role or something similar.
- Must be able to work independently, take ownership and responsibility for all work done with attention to detail.
- Must be proficient with computers.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
- Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely.
Typical work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 7:30 am- 4:30pm but may require earlier mornings or later evenings depending on workload.
This can be a very fast-paced position, and candidates must be able to adapt to constant change and handle high pressure situations at times.
Pay: Based on Experience
