GL Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented to join our team in Miami Gardens. This role is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, setting up new customer accounts, verifying order details, and ensuring all order requirements are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities

The Order Entry Associate will enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Set up new customer accounts in the system.

Verify order information, including: Customer account details, Part numbers, Pricing information, Routing instructions, Special requirements and order instructions

The Order Entry Associate will process and distribute order confirmations.

Review orders for accuracy and completeness before submission.

The Order Entry Associate will communicate with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies.

Meet productivity and accuracy standards while adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of clerical, order entry, or administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Ability to type 45+ words per minute with a high level of accuracy.

Must speak and write in English- Spanish is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
