Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician who is eager to grow into a leadership role as a Project Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who wants to advance their career by developing supervisory and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, as required, according to company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and safely.
- Support project documentation and reporting efforts.
- Participate in safety meetings and comply with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors on-site.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and learning project management tasks.
- Progressively take on more responsibility leading toward a Project Superintendent role.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ Years experience as an HVAC Technician or relevant technical training.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, familiarity with field service apps for work tickets etc.
- Willingness to learn and grow into a supervisory role.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively, read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Up to date certifications – FDNY F-60 & G-60, OSHA 40 or 62 and EPA 608 are mandatory.
