JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Sports and Performance Physical Therapist at Tundra Performance and Physical Therapy that will be committed to providing superior outcomes and patient experience to our athletes. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree: Doctorate of Physical Therapy
License: Current PT license in Colorado
Experience: 2+ years experience preferred, or highly motivated new graduate who is ready to engage, learn and grow quickly
Certifications: Speciality certifications in strength and conditioning and others are a positive, but not required
COMPENSATION
Salary: Competitive Salary and/or Hourly rate if part-time
Salary Range: 75k-100k
Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

JOB EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Care
- 25-35 patient hrs/week
- Able manage and take ownership of a full caseload and schedule
- Individualized, 1:1, 60 min appointments
- Focused, high quality care providing superior outcomes and treatments
- Dedication to learning and growth in leadership, interpersonal, and clinical skill sets
- Mentorship and training in clinical care, systems, and processes for improved outcomes and care
Admin
- Able to complete and fulfill patient follow ups identified as part of plan of care
- Connects with athletes and motivates them fulfill and complete their plan of care directed and guided by the physical therapist
- Attend and participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual team meetings.
Marketing
- Positive, engaging, and able to build relationships with patients, other practitioners, and professionals in the community.
- Occasional participation in educational community workshops and weekend sponsorship events
- Including community events, drop-Ins, face to face meetings, and other marketing duties
- Occasional participation with social media content and development
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
