$90,000 base + $10,000–$20,000 annual performance bonus

Our client is an established, fee-based wealth management firm serving business owners and families across central Connecticut. This role is built for a relationship-first advisor ready to step into client-facing work from day one. You start with 20 to 40 accounts delegated from the firm, a steady marketing pipeline to draw from, and a clear path to equity. You bring the people skills; the firm provides the planning support, the back office, and the marketing dollars.
