Overview
Certified Maintenance Services, Inc. is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Manchester NH. Your role would be to work closely with our maintenance team and clients. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with Maintenance Manager on reviewing and scheduling of work order requests for maintenance team.
- Review daily work logs and weekly timesheets.
- Communicate with clients and assist with clients’ requests.
- Assist with creation and submission of snow removal proposals.
- Create and submit invoices to clients.
Qualifications
- Skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with little supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent managerial communication skills; capable of supervising diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with computers. Experience with QuickBooks prefered.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
