Aura Medspa is seeking an experienced, sales-focused Front Desk Receptionist with a strong background in medical spa sales. This is not a traditional receptionist role — we are looking for a confident closer who can educate clients, upsell packages and memberships, and consistently drive revenue while delivering an luxury client experience.

Position Overview
The Front Desk Sales Receptionist is responsible for client experience and front desk sales performance. This role requires someone who understands medspa services, is comfortable discussing pricing and treatment plans, and can confidently convert consultations into package and membership sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experience from check-in to checkout
- Educate clients on treatments, packages, and memberships
- Upsell services and close sales with confidence
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Schedule appointments strategically to maximize revenue
- Process payments and manage POS transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and notes
- Support marketing promotions and in-house events
- Maintain a polished, welcoming front desk environment
- Follow HIPAA and client confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Prior experience in medical spa or aesthetic sales
- Proven ability to upsell packages and memberships
- Strong closing skills and revenue-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working with scheduling and POS systems
- Weekend availability required
