Automotive Technicians Needed
Signing Bonus and Top Pay for Ford/Lincoln Master Certification! (All such applicants strictly confidential).
Southgate Lincoln is looking for Automotive Technicians. We need Technicians. We need B level light duty technicians and, we need A level technicians with two or more years of experience. preferably with A.S.E. Certifications, or be willing and able to obtain them. The right candidate must be friendly, hardworking and, accustomed to a dealership environment.
Responsibilities of the Automotive Technician
- Be committed to diagnosing and fixing a vehicle right the first time
- Perform all repairs and multi-point inspections to meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards
- Ensure top quality service for every customer
- Maintain workspace and keep all personal and company-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition
- Communicate with Service Manager and service department staff
- Be able to set reasonable repair times, and meet them consistently
- Promote a productive working relationship with fellow technicians and service center staff
Qualifications for the Automotive Technician
- A minimum of 2 years of auto technician experience REQUIRED!
- Valid driver's license with a clean background REQUIRED!
- Must have your own tools REQUIRED!
- 2 or more A.S.E. Certifications PREFERRED!
- Ford/Lincoln Certifications a PLUS!
- New Car Dealership experience or training a PLUS!

Compensation for the Automotive Technician
- This position pays a flat rate with annual earnings ranging from $40,000 to $80,000 based on experience and certifications.
