We are seeking energetic and attentive Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic restaurant team! Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS systems, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records
- Serve food and beverages responsibly, including spirits and wine, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and service stations by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of dishes
Side Work & Station Responsibilities
- Complete all opening and closing side work as assigned
- Clean, sweep, and mop assigned areas to standard
- Roll silverware and maintain required par levels
- Prepare and restock tea, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages
- Cut and maintain fresh drink garnishes
- Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and organization
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and sales transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs
- Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and proper pouring techniques
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs
- Ability to acquire Alcohol Pour permit
- Nights, weekends, and holidays availability
- Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation standards to ensure food safety compliance
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
