About the Role
Incite Vision Worx is looking for a deal maker/closer, who is entrepreneurial (Sales & Marketing Manager) to lead current and new business development in the digital display and out-of-home (OOH) advertising industry. This is a performance-based role built for someone who will enhance our existing accounts with vision to build something bigger and be rewarded directly for the value they generate — including equity in the company for the right person with performance benchmarks.
If you're a self-starter who understands (or wants to master) digital display sales and OOH/digital advertising world, this is your opportunity to build a real stake in a company founded in 2007 and growing.
What You'll Do
- Identify, write presentations and train B2B/ DOOH Ad sales personnel close existing and new clients for digital display sign purchase and develop out-of-home advertising clients
- Build and manage a pipeline of local and regional dealer relationships
- Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies to expand brand presence and advertising inventory sales
- Negotiate ad packages, pricing, and placement contracts
- Represent Incite Vision Worx at local business events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, market positioning, and inventory expansion
- Track performance revenue daily/ weekly/ monthly against goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sign sales, advertising, or media (OOH/digital display experience strongly preferred)
- A hunter mentality — comfortable with commission-based, self-directed sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Marketing savvy — able to identify opportunities and position offerings competitively
- Able to learn and adapt quickly
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Based in or willing to work in the Las Vegas, NV market
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
