Line Cook
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Understand the flow of a "call" kitchen
- Fully respect the ingredients of the kitchen. We love our local farmers and take much pride in the work they put in.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
-Have a positive attitude at all times, it's contagious.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

We are open Wednesday - Saturday Night for dinner: 5-9pm. There could be an occasional Tuesday Prep Shift or Weekend Brunch Shift.
