The Lead Expediter is a commissary-based role responsible for expediting orders from our central production kitchen, ensuring that all items are packed accurately, labeled correctly, and prepared properly for shipment to client locations.
This role is the critical link between kitchen production and outbound logistics, ensuring that every order leaves the commissary complete, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
We are looking for a candidate who is:

Highly detail-oriented with strong quality control and order verification instincts

Calm and effective under pressure during high-volume order processing and packing

A strong communicator who coordinates between the kitchen, packing, and logistics teams

Committed to food safety, proper packaging, and shipment accuracy
The ideal candidate has strong kitchen or commissary knowledge, an eye for detail, and the organizational skills to keep order fulfillment running smoothly during peak production periods.

Location: Onsite, GTF Commissary (Brooklyn, NY)
Schedule: Monday to Friday; early morning start times; occasional weekends as needed
Reports to: Commissary Kitchen Manager
Compensation: $22-25/hour
