As a Dental Hygienist, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting oral health within our practice. Your core skills in providing scaling and hygiene services, patient assessment and treatment planning will ensure effective and quality care towards our patients. While no prior experience is required, your enthusiasm for learning and your ability to be an effective team member will be vital. Your premium skills in using dental software, along with your relevant knowledge of dental coding, will enhance our patient services and streamline operations. Our office is a team driven group practice with 5 General Dentists, 1 hygienists and a support staff of 20 team members. We provide all dental services including extraction, root canals, implant placement and restorations. Our office has 15 operatories, an on-site dental lab and utilizes Cerec for all crown and bridge treatment. The office is fully digital utilizing Dentrix practice management software and Dexis imaging software for our Schick X-Ray Sensors and intraoral cameras.
Our primary work schedule is Monday through Thursdays 8 am to 5 pm. End of work days will vary based on patients scheduled appointments. No Fridays and no Weekends.
We provide a $5,000 signing bonus and a very competitive negotiable hourly compensation, and production bonus. Historically, our experienced hygienists have earned in excess of $100,000 per year including the production bonus. Our benefits are as follows:
