Bump Health is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry who enjoys helping patients while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
If you have experience with Brightree, Medical Equipment, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance, we'd love to speak with you.
Because this office is staffed independently, we are looking for someone who is dependable, accountable, arrives to work on time, and can successfully manage their daily workload with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Process referrals and orders in Brightree.
- Obtain insurance authorizations when required.
- Review documentation for completeness and insurance compliance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Work closely with billing and operations to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous Durable Medical Equipment (DME/HME) experience
- Brightree software experience
- Commercial and Medicaid insurance verification experience
- Prior authorization experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
