Better Collision Centers is opening in Myrtle Beach and we're hiring Paint Technicians to build our team from day one.

Surface preparation, masking, and priming
-
Mix and match paint to achieve OEM color standards

Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and blend finishes
-
Final finish work — buffing, polishing, and quality inspection

Keep the booth and equipment clean and production-ready

Technical school OR 3+ years of automotive paint experience

Strong color matching and blending skills
-
Experience with waterborne and solvent-based systems

I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commission-based flat rate pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum

Paid weekly

Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise, odors, and paint fumes
-
Respirator fit required
