We train in-house for barista and bartender positions. We are a fast-casual, high energy coffee shop and bar. Our newest location in Tempe is open, hiring for both locations!
Team members are expected to deliver an exceptional guest experience, prepare products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain a clean and organized station, and support teammates when needed.
Crew members will be trained in multiple positions, including making coffee drinks, cocktails, and light food. You will be responsible for following brand standards, company policies, and job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Employees are expected to promote, be active on social media, and be happy to be a part of a growing team.
