Duties:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for childcare-age children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Promote child welfare by ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with parents to provide updates on their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a preschool setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Professionalism is a must along with confidentiality.
