White's Bakery & Cafe in Brockton is seeking an experienced Cake Decorator to join our team. We are a family owned and operated retail bakery and cafe with 2 locations south of Boston. We specialize in a wide variety of: cakes, pastry, bread, prepared foods and specialty/ custom cakes.
Job responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes according to customer requests and specifications.
- Must have a great attention to detail with custom cakes.
- Exhibit knowledge of various cake decroating skills and techniques.
- Ensure cakes are properly packaged and stored for display or delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake decorating area, making sure to adhere to all food safety best practices and company policies.
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure timely completion of orders for department efficiency and cohesiveness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cake decorating or pastry necessary; 1-2 years minimum.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with restaurant or food industry standards and procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Pay range is based on experience and will be determined based off of interview(s).
