Qualifications for the Agency Manager position:
Desire to build a strong sales team to achieve goals and handle daily operations

Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
Desire to be active in community and help people navigate their insurance needs
Favorable credit score/criminal record/financial position
Obtain your Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses with the State of Illinois
Business/sales Experience Preferred
