About the Role
We're hiring an experienced HVAC office professional to support our field teams. This is not an entry-level dispatch position — we need someone who has previously worked in the office of an HVAC company and understands the industry's terminology, parts, and day-to-day workflow. You'll be the connective tissue between our technicians in the field and the materials/scheduling they need to get the job done right.
What You'll Do
- Dispatch technicians to commercial and residential service calls, prioritizing jobs based on urgency, location, and technician skill set
- Communicate with field teams throughout the day to track job progress and resolve issues in real time
- Order and track HVAC parts, equipment, and materials needed for active and upcoming jobs
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts orders, and inventory
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for technicians and customers regarding technical/material questions
- Help troubleshoot scheduling and supply issues using your HVAC industry knowledge
What We're Looking For
- Required: Previous experience working in an office setting for an HVAC/air conditioning company (dispatch, scheduling, parts ordering, or similar)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, parts, and terminology
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating between office and field teams
- Comfortable with basic computer systems (dispatch software, ordering platforms, spreadsheets)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve under pressure
