✅ Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- The Production Operator is an entry level position in the solar panel manufacturing process.
- The Production Operator will safely operate specific equipment, manage material and processes to manufacture high-quality, photovoltaic solar modules at the required rates.
- The production operator will learn to perform operational preventative maintenance procedures, respond to machine alarms, perform basic quality control procedures, and interface with equipment and factory computer systems.

✅ Minimum Requirements & Desired Qualifications:
- Resume is preferred, but not required to apply.
- Bilingual is required (fluent in English AND Spanish).
- No diploma or experience required; experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge to work with different computer applications.
- Ability to use mobile systems, communication devices, and simple tool interfaces.
- Ability to use simple hand tools and measurement tools
- Basic Math skills appropriate to learn typical manufacturing production metrics
- Able and willing to learn (interface with machine control panels, recognize quality, perform data analytics, troubleshoot issues and problem-solve
- Proficiency in English language skills.
- Must take a drug screen.
- 7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny.

✅ Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for up to 12 hours per day.
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend on occasional basis
- Ability to reach above shoulder and below waist frequently
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction) and the ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green is required.
