High paced on the go remote property management company needs a part-time person to place or pick-up lockboxes from rental properties along with adding/removal of FOR RENT signs, picking up any necessary paperwork from other locations, completing periodic walkthroughs of occupied properties, as well as walking through units to verify vendors have completed their assigned work. We are a very busy property management company, so you must be a self starter and motivated to learn and take on additional tasks as needed. The schedule is flexible working Monday-Friday.
- Applicant must have their own transportation and be 21 or older
- Applicant must have a good driving record
- Applicant must have a reliable vehicle with space to accommodate the larger signs
- Applicant must be able to pass a background check
