We're looking for a Real Estate Photographer and Leasing Agent to take pictures of available apartments and show them to potential tenants. You'll need to have a real estate license from CT and a good quality camera/phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take pictures of the apartments using a good quality camera/phone, including interior and exterior shots, and virtual tours.
- Show the apartments to potential tenants and answer their questions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must Have a reliable vehicle for transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
