Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Onsite Manager to lead our onsite operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate onsite team activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance standards
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members through full cycle recruiting processes, including talent sourcing and campus recruitment initiatives
- Develop and implement employee orientation programs, training & development plans, and succession planning strategies to enhance team capabilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Utilize talent management software and HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Lever, Taleo, and Paychex to streamline HR processes
- Oversee compliance with employment & labor laws, HR legal requirements, and company policies across all onsite activities
- Engage in relationship management with clients and internal stakeholders through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and lead generation efforts to attract top talent
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting with a focus on talent acquisition strategies
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate sourcing and client relationships
- Familiarity with HR legal compliance including employment law in talent management and employment & labor law
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Lever, Taleo, and Paychex; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
