Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Professional to expand our client base and elevate our market presence specifically in the Insurance market. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sales, strategic planning, and client relationship management to identify new opportunities, develop tailored proposals, and close high-value deals. Your proactive approach will help us strengthen our position as a trusted leader in Insurance Fraud Investigations.
Duties
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through strategic outreach and market research
- Develop customized proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate our investigative capabilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, including corporations, legal firms, and VIP individuals
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining professionalism
- Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Experience
- Proven success in business development management within the investigative or insurance industry preferred
- Extensive experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software for pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability in enterprise selling, strategic planning, and deal negotiation
- Strong background in prospecting, client base expansion, and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with sales negotiation techniques and project management principles
- Experience in marketing strategies that support business growth is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and confidently
