Maintenance Technician needed at Royal Arms Apartments of Bowling Green, Kentucky. Ideal candidate will be a hardworking, team player who is familiar with all aspects of apartment maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, pools, appliance repair, HVAC, etc). Must have minimum 1 year maintenance experience and be HVAC (EPA) Certified. Must be available to be on-call in a monthly rotation. Great Opportunity with Nashville based management company.
