We're looking for an organized, outgoing, and dependable team player who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Pay: $15–$20+/hr DOE
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Full-Time Position
Answer phones and assist clients and job applicants
Schedule employees and coordinate daily job assignments
Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
Build relationships with customers and field employees
Keep employee records organized and up to date
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
✔ Customer service, administrative, or staffing experience preferred
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Construction or staffing experience is a bonus—but we'll train the right person!
