Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment

Assist new and existing customers with account setup and general inquiries

Learn and communicate updates on products and services offered by our utility service partner

Educate customers on available service options and address questions professionally

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
Qualifications
