About the Role
This is a full-time regional traveling position with daily face-to-face customer interactions throughout California.
Responsibilities
- Appraise and purchase coins, collections, jewelry, and scrap gold/silver
- Buy investment-grade bullion (Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium)
- Educate clients on precious metal pricing and market conditions
- Provide top-tier customer service in a professional, no-pressure environment
- Build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
- Promote company programs and encourage customer reviews
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Work closely with management and team members to achieve sales and purchasing goals

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Professionalism, reliability, and ethical integrity
- Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly
- Basic computer proficiency, including Google Workspace, Gmail, and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Target Earnings: $50,000–$120,000+ annually

Travel Requirements
This role requires regular travel throughout California, including overnight stays. Candidates should be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time.
