About Us:
TONCHIN started in Tokyo, Japan in 1992. We have three locations in America, six locations in Japan, eight in Taiwan, and two in Shanghai. To this day, we still aim to give our customers the best ramen with the freshest ingredients. We make out ramen noodles every day from scratch, using the best quality ingredients. Our belief is that "homemade" and "just made" ramen is the best ramen.

Currently, we are seeking a part/full-time Bartender Position to join our team.
All of our team members face our guests. We highly value those who are professional, friendly, and organized.
Function:
The Bartender is responsible for each guest's experience at Tonchin bar as well as for every beverage served in the dining room.
Bartenders explain the menu and the specials so that our guests are well informed on all specials and understand how to order using our menu.
Skills & Training:
Our bar is specifically known for Japanese bartending style, including shaking, stirring techniques, and so on. Thus, we prefer experienced bartenders specializing in Japanese bartending style. However, those who are willing to learn from our existing bartender with a strong passion will be most welcome as well.
POS system training provided with training manuals/materials with 5 days of training.
