This job requires hard physical labor, long hours, weekend work, and working outdoors in extreme heat and cold. We are looking for someone who shows up every day, works hard without being told, and takes pride in doing tough work the right way.
Job Duties (Daily, Not Occasionally)
- Load and unload heavy equipment and materials
- Clean and maintain the entire facility — shop, yard, offices, bathrooms
- Wash, detail, and clean the entire fleet of vehicles and equipment
- Manage lot inventory and keep equipment organized and properly staged
- Mow, weed-eat, and maintain property and fence lines
- Pick up trash, scrap, and debris — the lot stays clean at all times
- Work outside in hot summers, cold winters, wind, rain, and dust
- Handle multiple tasks every day — constant movement and multitasking
- Help wherever needed — no “that’s not my job” attitude
Physical & Work Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy items repeatedly
- Must stay on your feet and moving for long hours
- Must work weekends and long days
- Must be organized, detailed, and clean-minded
- Must be dependable — attendance and punctuality matter
- Must work independently without needing constant direction
