Pay Range:
$15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience

About the Role:
As an Assistant Teacher, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson plans
- Supervising and engaging children in play, learning, and routines
- Assisting with meals, diapering, toileting, and nap time
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Following all center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- A love for working with young children
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
- Ability to communicate positively with children and adults
- Experience in child care or early childhood education preferred (but not required)
- Must meet state licensing requirements (background check, trainings, etc.)
