⭐ Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist Job Responsibilities
- Perform men’s haircuts, clipper cuts, scissor cuts, and styling
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Maintain salon sanitation & safety standards
- Use salon software for client check-in & scheduling
- Stay current with men’s haircut trends & grooming techniques
- Support product sales and help newer hair stylists/cosmetologists learn

- Valid state cosmetology license or barber license
- Hair cutting experience preferred — we train new cosmetology graduates
- Passion for men’s hair, barbering, and customer service
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a team-focused salon
