3D Wellness is looking for an energetic, people-focused professional to join our growing wellness team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role combines client consultations, relationship building, and wellness program sales within a fast-paced, positive environment focused on helping clients look and feel their best.
We specialize in body contouring, wellness services, recovery therapies, and medically supervised weight loss programs. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, educating clients, and helping individuals stay committed to their health and transformation goals.

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss wellness and body transformation goals
- Recommend appropriate services and treatment programs based on client needs
- Educate clients on available therapies, packages, and membership options
- Build strong relationships that encourage long-term retention and referrals
- Follow up with leads, consultations, and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client notes and scheduling details
- Assist in promoting monthly specials, promotions, and new services
- Work closely with the team to create an outstanding client experience
- Stay informed on current wellness, recovery, and aesthetic trends
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, aesthetics, or wellness preferred
- Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and closing sales
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a busy client-focused environment
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
