RCS Trucking & Freight is a growing fleet looking for the best diesel technicians to join our team. We're not looking for a parts changer—we're looking for a professional who can diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and take pride in keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently.
Pay: $40–$55+ per hour based on experience and ability.

Experience with heavy-haul equipment is a plus, but we welcome experienced technicians who are eager to expand their skills and learn specialized equipment.

- Dorsey Trailers
- MAC Trailers
- XL Specialized Heavy Haul Trailers
From routine preventive maintenance to complex diagnostics and major repairs, no two days are the same. You'll work on on-highway tractors, specialized heavy-haul equipment, and trailers in a modern fleet maintenance facility.
Preferred Experience
Engine & Diagnostic Experience
- Detroit Diesel (DD13 & DD15)
- Cummins (ISX, X15 & N14)
- PACCAR MX-13 Engines
- Electrical Diagnostics
- DPF, DEF & SCR Aftertreatment Systems
- Engine Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- Preventive Maintenance
- Major Engine Repairs
Additional Experience
- Air brake systems
- Suspension and steering
- Hydraulic systems
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- DOT inspections
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 5+ years of heavy-duty diesel technician experience
- Can independently diagnose and repair trucks and trailers
- Takes pride in fixing equipment right the first time
- Has their own tools
- Works safely and professionally
- Holds a Class A CDL or is willing to obtain one (CDL is a major advantage)
- Wants to grow with a company that's investing in its fleet and its people
