Position Details
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) & Registered Nurse (RN)
- Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Assignment Length: 6–15 Weeks
- Schedule: Day, Evening & Night Shifts Available
- Guaranteed Hours: 36–40 Hours per Week

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care in a Long Term Care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Compact/Multistate License Preferred
- BLS/CPR Certification
