Front Desk & Member Experience Associate – Fitness Studio
F.I.T. LAB FITNESS Weslaco is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk & Member Experience Associate to join our team.
This is an active, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and takes pride in keeping their workplace clean and organized. Our Front Desk team is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every member while helping ensure daily facility operations run smoothly.
Open availability is required for this position.
Position Details
Pay: $8.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: 25–30 hours per week
Work Location: In person – Weslaco, TX
Shifts may begin as early as 4:30 AM and end as late as 9:30 PM. Applicants must have flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
What You'll Do
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check members into scheduled classes
- Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages when needed
- Provide general front desk assistance and direct questions to the appropriate team member
- Complete scheduled member experience and retention check-ins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Perform routine facility cleaning and organization throughout your shift
- Spot-check restrooms and common areas throughout the day
- Help ensure the facility is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for members
- Communicate member concerns, facility issues, or equipment concerns to management
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and shift responsibilities
- Take initiative and stay productive throughout your shift without needing constant direction
