Drive branch sales performance and local growth strategies

Build strong relationships with HVAC contractors and key accounts

Partner with outside sales to support customer development

Hire, train, and lead counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams

Coach employees and build a strong customer-focused culture

Manage scheduling and branch coverage

Oversee daily branch operations, safety, and service standards

Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and product availability

Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams

Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
-
Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement

Resolve customer issues and serve as escalation point when needed

Support counter operations during peak periods

3+ years HVAC industry experience (distribution preferred)

2+ years leadership or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of HVAC products and contractor needs

Experience with ERP/POS systems (Eclipse or similar)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support warehouse operations
