Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for creating and leading HR practices and objectives that will provide employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of the workforce.
Essential Duties & Functions

- Implementation of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices
- Standardize company performance metrics, goals, and analysis, and report results in a timely manner
- Support all hiring functions; recruit and interview candidates; provide management with hiring recommendations, execute onboarding process
- Work directly with senior leadership to develop and support organizational strategic goals
- Conduct investigations into claims of harassment or other company guideline violations
- Create a workplace culture that is consistent with the company’s mission, vision, and values
- Manage annual Benefit renewal process for all insurance, define Company and employee cost sharing ratios and implementation of any changes to the plans.
- Manage the payroll function with accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in and support workplace safety programs and related initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and training processes.
- Manage OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance-related documentation.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement resulting improvement programs.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience: 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience
Preferred Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM certification.

Work Environment

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and includes an unpaid lunch break of at least thirty (30) minutes.
Travel
Occasional travel during the work day may be required between facility locations, approximately 1 mile apart.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
