POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide all aspects of backroom operations, to include standards, processing, flow to the floor, merchandising and customer experience.
● Support styling team to perform all aspects of the selling process.
● Help facilitate the check-out process to ensure a seamless experience.
● Perform daily store maintenance tasks, including go-backs, restocking the sales floor, and maintaining sales floor cleanliness.
● Support the store goals and build positive relationships.
● Work as one team with the same goal, you will support and observe your peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly track and process shipments, RTVs, cycle counts, transfers, stock checks, damages, and connect with vendor for any shipment discrepancies
- Partner with management team to implement stockroom standards and procedures
- Always maintain exceptional backstock room standards: clean and organized, to include break area
- Communicate any stockroom concerns with a solution-based plan to Store Management Team
- Clear understanding of visual and brand standards
- Implement and actively participate in merchandise suggestions and adjustments to maximize product to the floor
- Partner in store’s execution of all merchandise processing and flow to the floor, keep store finger spaced, and straightened
- Assist Stylists on floor with go backs, floor replenishment, item pulls, and customer check out
- Report compliance to stockroom markdowns and reticketing to management team: Drive for Results
- Comply with operational standards, to include following safety policies and proper censoring of merchandise
- Create a Customer First environment through proper sales floor and backroom presentation standards
- Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities
- Assist with greeting customers, connecting, and introducing them to store stylists

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
