Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPC) – Fully Remote | Connecticut
Soul Alignment Counseling LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing, fully remote group practice. We are currently looking for a clinician with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, with consistent afternoon and evening availability to help meet the needs of our expanding client base.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to practice therapy in a way that aligns with their clinical style and passions.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and couples therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the practice as needed to support continuity of care.
Qualifications
- **Active Connecticut issued LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, or LPC license.**
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples
- Afternoon & Evening availability is required
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
- Passion for providing compassionate, client-centered care.
- Experience with telehealth and electronic documentation is preferred but not required.
